OCTANT specializes in general-session and breakout-room A/V while also providing professional audio, presentation systems, lighting, lasers, and special effects for corporate programs, weddings, galas, concerts, tours, festivals, and other high-stakes live events. We support the production process from advancing and documentation through deployment, operation, and strike.

SPECIAL EFFECTS

Confetti, streamers, atmosphere, cryogenic-style CO2 effects, cold spark, and flame systems for precisely timed show moments. Our touring inventory includes MagicFX and Club Cannon systems, Sparkular cold-spark technology, and Showven flame equipment. Effects are planned for the venue and production environment, with manufacturer documentation available and deployment subject to venue, fire-marshal, and Authority Having Jurisdiction requirements. Applicable NFPA 1126 and NFPA 160 considerations are incorporated into planning.

LIGHTING

Concert lighting, architectural lighting, wireless uplighting, stage lighting, and custom looks powered by professional systems including Astera and FUEL. Available for elegant weddings and galas, branded corporate environments, touring shows, concerts, and festival stages.

LASERS

Festival-ready laser programming and deployment with twelve 10-watt Unity Elite 10 Pro IP fixtures. Packages can include design, programming, operators, documentation, and coordination appropriate to the production.

AUDIO

Tour-ready sound reinforcement, system design, engineering, deployment, tuning, and operation. PK Sound T8 robotic line source systems, T218 intelligent subwoofers, Tx26 intelligent point-source loudspeakers, and PK Cell infrastructure are available for supported productions and qualified cross rentals.

GENERAL SESSION & BREAKOUT ROOM A/V

OCTANT specializes in clear speech reinforcement, wireless microphones, projection and screens, TVs and confidence monitors, presentation playback, switching, stage wash, show calling, room technicians, and coordinated A/V packages for general sessions and breakout rooms. We do not provide video capture in-house. When cameras, livestreaming, or recording are required, we coordinate trusted production partners and integrate their work into the overall show plan.
