HOW TO BOOK FESTIVAL AUDIO
-

1. CHECK AVAILABILITY
Send the festival dates, venue, stage count, audience capacity, artist rider, requested quantities, and preferred support level. OCTANT confirms available T8, T218, Tx26, Cell, personnel, and production resources.
-

2. REQUEST YOUR SYSTEM
Choose a dry cross-rental or staffed deployment. We review mains, subs, fills, delays, FOH, monitors, processing, control, cabling, power, rigging, transportation, technicians, and system engineering against the rider and site.
-

3. APPROVE THE CONTRACT & LOGISTICS
Review the scope, pricing, deposit, insurance requirements, schedule, cancellation terms, and responsibilities. Then confirm coordinated pickup, delivery, or freight; dock access; load-in windows; case counts; return timing; and onsite contacts.
-

4. ADVANCE THE REST OF THE STAGE
What else does the stage need? OCTANT can coordinate FOH and monitor control, wireless microphones, IEMs, DJ or band backline, lighting, lasers, special effects, video, staging, truss, power, labor, changeovers, recording, and show-day support.
FESTIVAL-PROVEN PK SOUND TECHNOLOGY
PK Sound systems have powered major stages at Electric Daisy Carnival, Dreamstate, Coachella’s Yuma Stage, Vans Warped Tour, and Lost Lands. OCTANT brings the same manufacturer ecosystem and current-generation PK Sound technology to Florida promoters—scaled and engineered for your event, rider, site, and audience.
